Isaac is a gem!
The hot tubs were sooo nice after hiking in El Yunque. Isaac from engineering was super helpful—got us a nice surprise treat when our hot water was acting up. Oh, and the poolside snack bar had some yummy bites. Just a little disappointed about the water pressure being low.

The property really impressed me with its well-maintained grounds and multiple pools. I loved spending time at the Quiet Pool, which provided a nice escape from the louder areas. Hot tubs were a treat, especially after hiking in El Yunque. Beach table service was pretty convenient, allowing me to enjoy drinks without leaving my spot on the sand. However, the food quality at some restaurants fell short. Breakfast and dinner at Roots Coastal Kitchen lacked flavor, leading to more visits to the casual 5 O'Clock Somewhere bar for meals instead. The daily pool DJ played music that felt out of place and way too loud, making it tough to enjoy the beach ambiance. I asked staff about the noise, and they mentioned it was out of their control, which was disappointing. I also faced some bathroom noise issues from the unit above me. The safe repair took longer than expected. Overall, while I enjoyed my stay and the amenities, there are definitely areas that need improvement, especially in dining options and noise management.

Playful, Playful, Playful
I loved lounging by the three amazing pools, especially the Quiet Pool, where I tried to unwind, even with the occasional DJ beats in the background! They even have beach table service that brings your favorite drinks right to you while you chill on the soft sand. Oh, and don’t miss the hot tubs. They were the perfect treat after a day of exploring the nearby rainforest!
strongly recommend 🏖️❤️

Had an amazing time with friends! The beach is stunning, and we loved the variety of water activities available. The tennis center is a must-visit with its well-maintained courts. The garden-filled grounds provided a perfect backdrop for our stay. We enjoyed great service, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight!
One downside was the odd system of wristbands acting as room keys. it felt a bit inconvenient at times, especially when using the elevator.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore El Yunque and nearby beaches. We loved the pool options, especially the cool Quiet Pool, and the beach table service was super convenient for our family. You can also enjoy a game at the largest tennis center in the Caribbean.
My wife says that the dining options could use improvement.

The highlight of my stay was the vibrant pool scene—especially the Quiet Pool where you could escape the noise and soak in the sun. 🌴 The food was a mixed bag, though—some spots need work!
